Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ergotrine combined with carprost trobutrin in preventing hemorrhage after second caesarean section.Methods Seventy women with second cesarean section admitted to Taizhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given carprost tramine combined with oxytocin,and the observation group was given ergotrine combined with carprost tramine.The prevention effect of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of blood loss during operation,2 h after operation,and 24 h after operation was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood transfusion volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time required for hemostasis and hospital stay were shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and D-dimer(D-D)was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of ergotrine combined with carprost tramine on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after secondary cesarean section is more significant,which can not only control the amount of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss,but also shorten the length of hospital stay,control blood pressure and heart rate within a reasonable range,improve coagulation function and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
