Abstract
Objective A study on the application of TSD seamless integration nursing throughout the entire process in the treatment of multiple injury patients in emergency department.Methods 122 patients with multiple injuries treated in the emergency department of Jinjiang Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 61 patients in each group,based on their admission time.The control group received routine care,while the study group received seamless TSD nursing throughout the entire process.We compared the emergency stay time,transfer time,admission to surgery time,hospitalization time,treatment success rate,incidence of complications,and patient family satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results The results showed that the emergency stay time,transfer time,admission to surgery time,and hospitalization time of the study group patients were shorter than those of the control group patients.The success rate of treatment,incidence of complications of the control group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion TSD seamless integration nursing can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients,improve the success rate of patient rescue,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
