眼针联合运动康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作期患者的效果
Effect of Eye Acupuncture combined with Exercise Rehabilitation on Patients with Acute Onset of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of eye acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation on patients with acute onset of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Eighty patients with acute episodes of LDH admitted to the Department of traumatology of Shenyang 121 Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into exercise rehabilitation group and eye acupuncture rehabilitation group according to their medical records number,with 40 cases in each group.The exercise rehabilitation group received exercise rehabilitation treatment,and the eye acupuncture rehabilitation group was combined with eye acupuncture treatment on the basis of the exercise rehabilitation group.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,JOA score,lumbar motion and treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS scores in the exercise rehabilitation group and the eye acupuncture rehabilitation group were lower than before treatment,JOA scores and lumbar motion were higher than before treatment,and the changes in the eye acupuncture rehabilitation group were more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of eye acupuncture rehabilitation group was higher than that of exercise rehabilitation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation can effectively improve the symptoms of low back pain,lower limb numbness and immobilization of LDH patients during acute attack,and increase the cure rate.关键词
