Abstract
Objective To analyze the application methods and clinical effects of optimizing emergency green channel nursing management in the emergency treatment of stroke patients.Methods 120 stroke patients admitted to the emergency department of Suqian First People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were included as observation subjects and grouped according to clinical intervention methods.Among them,60 cases received routine emergency green channel care and were set as the control group.The remaining 60 cases received optimized emergency green channel nursing management and were assigned to the observation group.We count the time from diagnosis to intravenous thrombolysis for enrolled patients,and evaluate the degree of neurological deficits(NIHSS)and coma severity(GCS)scores before and after treatment in both groups.Results The average time from treatment to intravenous thrombolysis in the control group was longer than that in the observation group(P＜0.05).The average NIHSS score between groups before treatment was P＞0.05.After completing emergency treatment,both groups showed a significant decrease in scores,and the observation group had a relatively larger decrease.The post-treatment score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with P＜0.05.The average GCS score between groups before treatment was P＞0.05.After emergency treatment,both groups showed a significant improvement in GCS scores compared to that before treatment,and the observation group showed a more significant improvement.The post-treatment score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with P＜0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of stroke patients,optimizing emergency green channel nursing management can achieve good clinical results.关键词
