摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of acute pancreatitis(AP)has steadily increased year by year,with approximately 21 percent of patients with initial AP developing recurrent AP(RAP).The causes of RAP include biliary,hypertriglyceridemia(HTG),alcohol,and other less common factors.For RAP patients,early identification of the etiology and corresponding treatment can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis.This article will review the definition and etiology of RAP.关键词
