Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder in the treatment of stomach duct pain.Method:A total of 92 patients with stomach duct pain admitted to Wuchuan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the odd-even admission time,the patients were divided into the traditional group and the research group,with 46 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder on the basis of the traditional group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total treatment effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal fullness,pain,noisy and belching in the research group were earlier than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score was lower than that of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combined with Chaihu Shugan Decoction and Pingwei Powder has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of stomach duct pain,which can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have high safety.关键词
