Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nifurtel tablet combined with Sophora flavescens gel on mycotic vaginitis and its influence on the pathogenic clearance rate.Methods A total of 160 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel tablet by mouth,and the observation group was treated with nifuratel tablet combined with Radix flavesae gel.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)],bacterial number of vaginal secretions before and after treatment and etiological clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,WBC and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of fungi in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the number of lactobacillus and bacterioid bacteria was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The mold clearance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel tablet combined with Sophora flavescens gel has a significant therapeutic effect on mycotic vaginitis,which can reduce the expression level of inflammatory factors in patients'serum,improve the vaginal microenvironment,and enhance the clearance rate of mold.关键词
