Abstract
Objective To compare the nursing effects of emergency poisoning patients treated with blood perfusion and hemodialysis.Methods The 80 emergency poisoning patients included were from the hemodialysis room of our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023.They were divided into the study group(targeted nursing)and the control group(routine nursing)based on different nursing methods,with 40 patients in each group.The satisfaction level,vital signs,and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group(95.00％)was higher than that in the control group(70.00％),and vital signs,such as heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,etc.,improved in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The treatment effect improved,coma time,and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group.The results showed statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing for emergency poisoning patients is beneficial for improving satisfaction control and treatment outcomes,as well as improving their quality of life and vital signs.关键词
