Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of two doses of oxycodone injection(0.08 mg/kg and 0.12 mg/kg)combined with propofol on hemodynamics and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 117 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to Guangzhou General Hospital of Foresea Life Insurance from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into group A(n=63)and group B(n=54)according to different doses of hydroxycodone.Both groups were given oxycodone injection combined with propofol anesthesia,the dosage of oxycodone injection in group A was 0.08 mg/kg,and the dosage of oxycodone injection in group B was 0.12 mg/kg.The anesthetic effect and incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The score of resuscitation quality and visual analogue scale(VAS)in group A was higher than that in group B,and the time of resuscitation,extubation and anal exhaust was shorter than that in group B,but there was no statistical significance between groups(P＞0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in group A were lower than those in group B 24 h after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in thromboxane A2 and plasma endothelin levels between the two groups during and after extubation(P＞0.05).The blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),mean arterial pressure and heart rate of group B immediately after surgery and 10 min after recovery were lower than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in postoperative recovery stage in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Both 0.08 mg/kg and 0.12 mg/kg of oxycodone injection combined with propofol can achieve good anesthetic effect in laparoscopic cholecystectomy,but 0.08 mg/kg of oxycodone injection has little effect on hemodynamics of patients and can reduce the postoperative adverse reaction rate.关键词
