基于活塞压载试验预测高压辊磨机静压功指数的方法OA北大核心CSTPCD
Method for predicting the static pressure work index of a high-pressure roller mill based on piston ballast tests
以Bond第三粉碎理论为基础,提出将静压功指数作为评价矿石高压辊磨机料层粉碎比能耗的指标.研究活塞压载试验中不同施载压力对矿石粒度、比能耗和破碎比的影响,确定不同矿石活塞压载试验的适宜条件.通过试验测定3种矿石的高压辊磨机静压功指数,并将其与高压辊磨机生产实践中粉碎同种矿石的净输入功率进行对比.研究结果表明:在活塞压载条件试验中,随着压力的增加,金矿、磁铁矿和钒钛磁铁矿这3种矿石粉碎产品细粒级质量分数增高、粒度分布更加均匀,三者粉碎效果的差异逐渐减小;在加载压力为80 MPa、加载速度为0.2 mm/s的情况下,金矿、磁铁矿和钒钛磁铁矿这3种矿石的高压辊磨机静压功指数分别为1.36、1.44和1.42 kW·h/t,试验所得高压辊磨机静压功指数与工业生产实际中净比能耗的相对误差绝对值在5.26%以内.试验结果可为高压辊磨机静压功指数的预测及设备选型提供理论基础.
Based on the Bond's third theory of comminution,static pressing specific energy was used as an indicator to evaluate the energy consumption in the crushing of ore materials by high-pressure grinding roller(HPGR).The effects of different applied pressures on the particle size,specific energy consumption,and breakage ratio of ores in piston pressing experiments were investigated,and suitable conditions for different ore piston pressing experiments were determined.The static pressure work index for HPGR of gold ore,magnetite ore,and vanadium-titanium magnetite ore were determined.And the test results were compared with those of the net input power for crushing the same type of ores in actual production with HPGR.The results show that under the conditions of increasing pressure in the piston pressing experiments,the fine particle mass fraction and particle size distribution of the three types of ore increase,and the variation in crushing effect gradually decreases.Under a loading pressure of 80 MPa and a loading rate of 0.2 mm/s,the static pressure work index of HPGR is 1.36 kW·h/t for gold ore,1.44 kW·h/t for magnetite ore,and 1.42 kW·h/t for vanadium-titanium magnetite.The absolute value of relative error between the static pressure work index and the net specific energy consumption in industry practice is within 5.26%.The experimental results can predict the static pressure work index of HPGR and provide a theoretical basis for equipment selection.
