补阳还五汤联合生肌玉红膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效
Curative Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Shengji Yuhong Ointment on Diabetic Foot

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengji Yuhong ointment on wound angiogenesis and oxidative stress indexes of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)patients.Methods Fifty-six DFU patients admitted to the Department of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine in Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment + Shengji Yuhong ointment,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,wound healing rate,wound visual analogue score(VAS),angiogenesis indexes[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endostatin(ES),angiogenin-2(Ang-2)],oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the wound healing rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).VAS score of observation group was lower than control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of VEGF in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of ES and Ang-2 were lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of MDA and AOPP in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengji Yuhong ointment can alleviate the pain of foot ulcer wound in DFU patients,improve clinical efficacy,promote wound recovery,reduce amputation,and have high safety.关键词
