Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of Continuous Passive Motion machine(CPM)in patients after orthopedic lower limb surgery.Methods 64 patients received lower extremity surgery were enrolled from the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024.According to different nursing modes,patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The postoperative nursing and rehabilitation effect,pain degree,joint function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of postoperative rehabilitation nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The VAS score of pain degree and FMA score of joint function before nursing were compared between the two groups,and both P values were larger than 0.05.The VAS score of pain degree after nursing intervention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and before nursing,while the FMA score of joint function after nursing intervention of the observation group was higher than that of control group and before nursing,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Continuous Passive Motion machine(CPM)has significant nursing effect in patients after orthopedic lower limb surgery,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of lower limb function,relieving pain and reducing the risk of postoperative complications,and is worth promoting.关键词
