Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of ergocline combined with carbetocin on stress index and fundus height of elderly women with hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 108 elderly women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section treated in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given carbetocin,the observation group was treated with carbetocin + ergotrine,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the fibrinogen(FIB)level in observation group was higher,and the prothrombin time(PT)and partial thrombin time(APTT)were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 24 h of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and lipid peroxidase(LPO)in observation group were higher than those of the low level of tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 h of treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fundal height and heart rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ergotrine combined with carbetocin can be used to reduce stress index,fundus height and control heart rate and blood pressure in elderly women with hemorrhage after cesarean section.关键词
