微藻阴极AOM-MFC原位固碳性能及影响因素研究
Study on performance and influencing factors of in-situ carbon fixation by AOM-MFC with microalgae-cathode
摘要
Abstract
As the final product of anaerobic oxidation of methane-microbial fuel cells(AOM-MFC)was carbon dioxide(CO2),microalgae-cathode was introduced into AOM-MFC for in-situ carbon fixation. The results show that the optimal operating conditions of microalgae-cathode reactor are as follows:inoculum amount is 25%(volume fraction),inoculation age is 24 h,light intensity is 8 000 lx,light cycle is 12 h,the catholyte of reactor is anode water. At the optimal operating conditions, the maximum peak voltage of the reactor is(0.385±0.001)V,and the maximum biomass mass concentration of microalgae is(576.33±1.53)mg/L.The specific process of carbon fixation in the microalgae-cathode reactor consist of three parts,i.e.,the microorganisms compose of methane oxidation archaea and electroactive bacteria in which methane(CH4)is used to produce metabolites dominated by CO2 and electrons, the microalgae in the cathode capture and immobilize CO2 which is used to produce oxygen(O2)through photosynthesis and the produced O2 is acted as a terminal electron acceptor to receive electrons transferred to the cathode and combined with protons to produce water. The reactor provides a certain wastewater treatment capacity and can convert the chemical energy contained in CH4 into electrical energy and biomass energy, contributing to achieving zero carbon emissions in the efficient CH4 conversion process.关键词
