Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of low dose Aspirin combined with Nifedipine and Labetalol respectively in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Method:A total of 96 patients with hypertension in pregnancy treated in Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given low-dose Aspirin combined with Nifedipine,and the observation group was given low-dose Aspirin combined with Labetalol.Blood pressure levels[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)],coagulation function indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],uterine arterial hemodynamics indexes[pulse index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic to end-relaxation maximum blood flow ratio(S/D)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood pressure,vascular endothelium,coagulation function and uterine arterial hemodynamics between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,DBP,SBP,ET-1,FIB,PI,RI and S/D in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in observation group were lower than those control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NO,PT and APTT in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose Aspirin combined with Labetalol can reduce blood pressure,improve vascular endothelium and coagulation function,and regulate the hemodynamic index of uterine artery,with high safety.关键词
