不同刃型TBM滚刀载荷与振动特性实验研究
Experimental study on load and vibration characteristics of TBM cutters with different cutter profiles

Abstract
The underground conditions of full-section tunnel boring machine(TBM)are complex,and the rock-breaking impact causes abnormal failure of the cutter and cutterhead easily,leading to significant economic loss.To investigate the impact of different cutterhead feed parameters and cutter cross-sectional geometry(i.e.,cutter profile)on cutter vibration,rock-breaking experiments were conducted to obtain cutter load and vibration signal.The results show that when the total thrust and rolling speed of the cutterhead increase,the amplitude of cutter vibration increases.Because thrust and speed increase the volume of rock broken per unit time in different ways,the storage-release process of rock strain energy is intensified and cutter vibration exacerbates.Different shaped cutters have different abilities to penetrate rock,which can change the rock broken volume per unit time and affect cutter vibration.Sudden changes of impact and load occur simultaneously.This is because the elastic strain energy accumulated in rocks is released intensively when rocks rupture.This study provides valuable guidance for choosing cutter types,developing new low-vibration cutter structures,and reducing cracking in cutters and cutterheads.关键词
