补气摄血中药颗粒配合弹力线内套外剥术在脱垂型混合痔治疗中的应用研究
Study on Application of Buqi Blood-sucking Chinese Medicine Granules Combined with Elastic Thread Inner Sleeve Outer Stripping in the Treatment of Prolapsed Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Buqi Blood-sucking Chinese Medicine Granules combined with elastic thread inner sleeve outer stripping in the treatment of prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 100 patients with prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids who treated in Shaoguan Qujiang District People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as clinical research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with elastic thread inner sleeve outer stripping,and the observation group was treated with elastic thread inner sleeve outer stripping combined with Buqi Blood-sucking Chinese Medicine Granules,the symptom scores(pain,bleeding,edema),wound healing time,improvement of urination function and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:The pain score,bleeding score and edema score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of defecation frequency,difficulty in defecation,complete defecation,incomplete defecation and defecation time in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buqi Blood-sucking Chinese Medicine Granules combined with elastic thread inner sleeve outer stripping has a good clinical effect in the treatment of prolapsed mixed hemorrhoids,it can reduce pain and edema symptoms,reduce bleeding,improve defecation function,accelerate wound healing,and improve quality of life.关键词
