皖产药材龙葵的质量标准
Quality Standard for Solanum Nigrum Produced in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.Methods Combined with the original plant morphology of Solanum nigrum,the characters of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province were described.Microscopy and TLC were used to indentify the characteristics of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.According to the Chinese pharmacopeia(2020 edition,volume 4),moisture,the total ash,acid-insoluble ash and water-soluble extract were determined.Results Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province has specific characteristics in character,microscope and TLC identification.The contents of moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash should be no more than 10.0%,11.0%and 4.0%respectively,and the water-soluble extract of hot leaching should be no less than 12.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible,and can be used for the quality control of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.关键词
