Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention using air compression atomization inhalation for children with pneumonia.Methods 68 children with pneumonia who received air compression atomization treatment in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(34 cases)and the observation group(34 cases).The control group received routine nursing mode intervention,and the observation group received individualized nursing mode intervention.The nursing compliance,symptom remission time,hospital stay time,pulmonary function index,and mMRC score of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the nursing compliance of the observation group was 91.18％higher than that of the control group 55.88％.The duration of symptom remission and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The lung function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The mMRC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.All of the above differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention in children with pneumonia is remarkable and can be popularized.关键词
