平衡针联合氟桂利嗪口服治疗偏头痛患者的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Balance Acupuncture Combined with Flunarizine Oral in the Treatment of on Migraine Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observed the clinical effect of balance acupuncture combined with Flunarizine oral in the treatment of migraine patients.Method:From August 2021 to May 2023,60 patients with migraine as the main clinical manifestation were selected from Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Studio of Li Aimin Province,Outpatient Department of Neurology and Inpatient Department of Neurology of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treatment of Flunarizine for 14 d,the treatment course was the same in the treatment group,and the balance acupuncture was used on the basis of the control group.After treatment,headache diaries,transcranial Doppler(TCD)and electroencephalogram abnormalities,clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After treatment,the duration of headache in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,the score of headache degree was lower than that in the control group,and the accompanying symptoms were less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abnormal rate of TCD and electroencephalogram in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No treatment-related serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The clinical therapeutic effect of balance acupuncture combine with Flunarizine in migraine patients is superior to Flunarizine alone,which can effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients,reducing the abnormal rate of TCD and electroencephalogram,with high safety.关键词
