Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods for endoscopic polypectomy of digestive tract patients.Methods 114 patients who underwent endoscopic polypectomy of digestive tract in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the post-control group(n=57)receiving routine nursing,and the observation group(n=57)recceoving high-quality nursing cooperation on the base of the control group,including appropriate nursing technology of traditional Chinese medicine,preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,and postoperative rehabilitation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter surgical and hospitalization time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The postoperative heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and cortisol levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),but not before surgery(P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy,especially the addition of appropriate nursing techniques,and the implementation of nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic polypectomy through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,has a significant effect on improving the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients and improving the rehabilitation speed.关键词
