Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and prognosis of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Method:A total of 100 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors who admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly selected as observation objects,the patients were divided into the observation group(laparoscopic surgery)and the control group(traditional open surgery)according to the difference of surgical methods,50 cases in each group.The surgical effect and prognosis of two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time and incision length were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal exhaust time,drainage tube placement time,gastric tube placement time,diet recovery time and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the overall survival rate and recurrence-free survival rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors can not only optimize perioperative indicators,reduce the incidence of complications and reduce the amount of surgical bleeding,but also speed up the progress of discharge,and the prognosis is good.关键词
