Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Montelukast Sodium combined with Salbutamol and Beclomethasone Propionate Atomization in the treatment of bronchopneumonia.Method:A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia who admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Salbutamol and Beclomethasone Propionate atomization,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets orally on the basis of the control group,two groups were treated for 5-7 d.The improvement of clinical symptoms,blood routine[white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio(NEUT%)],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:At 3 d after treatment and at the end of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC,NEUT%,hs-CRP and IL-6 in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate after discharge was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast Sodium combined with Salbutamol and Beclomethasone Propionate in the treatment of bronchopneumonia is an effective and safe method to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of airway inflammation.关键词
