Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of preserving anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy on patients with breast cancer.Method:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer who admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,while the observation group was given the preserving anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy,two groups were followed up for 1 month after operation.The surgical related indicators,skin sensory disorders,breast aesthetics and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of skin sensory disorders and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the breast aesthetics was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preserving the anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in the modified radical mastectomy can reduce the risk of skin sensory disorders and complications,and improve the breast aesthetics.关键词
