Effect of Preserving Anterior Thoracic and Intercostobrachial Nerves in Modified Radical Mastectomy on Patients with Breast Cancer
目的:分析改良乳腺癌根治术中保留胸前和肋间臂神经对乳腺癌患者的影响.方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4 月铜仁市人民医院收治的 98 例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各 49 例.对照组行常规乳腺癌改良根治术,观察组给予改良乳腺癌根治术中保留胸前和肋间臂神经,两组术后随访 1 个月.比较两组手术相关指标、皮肤感觉障碍、乳房美观度及并发症.结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,皮肤感觉障碍发生率、并…查看全部>>
