Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Triptorelin Acetate and Chorionic Gonadotrophin in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Method:A total of 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Putian 95 Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chorionic Gonadotropin,and the observation group was treated with Triptorelin Acetate.Sex hormone levels[luteinizing hormone(LH),estrogen(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)]and ovulation mass(number of dominant follicles and number of ovulation)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in ovulation number,dominant follicle number and sex hormone index level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ovulation number and dominant follicle number of both groups were higher than those before treatment,LH,E2 and FSH levels were lower than those before treatment,and ovulation number and dominant follicle number of observation group were higher than those in control group,LH,E2 and FSH levels of observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than 21.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triptorelin Acetate and Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome respectively have certain effects,but Triptorelin Acetate has better effect,which can regulate sex hormones,improve ovulation quality,enhance clinical effect,and have high safety.关键词
