Abstract
Objective:To analyze the expression of proliferative antigen 67(Ki-67),cytokeratin 19(CK19),and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)in thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)tissue and their relationship with clinical and pathological features.Method:A total of 105 PTC patients admitted to China Guihang Group 302 Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.The expression of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were measured by immunohistochemistry.In addition,age,gender and other data of patients were collected to analyze the relationship between the expression of Ki-67,CK19,EGFR and various clinicopathological features of patients.Result:The positive expression rates of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR in cancer tissues were 49.52%,60.95%and 56.19%,respectively,which were higher than 20.00%,11.43%and 16.19%in adjacent normal tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expressions of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR were not related to the age,sex and tumor size of PTC patients,there were no significant differences(P>0.05),but positive expressions of Ki-67,CK19 and EGFR were related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree of PTC patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67,CK19,and EGFR exhibit abnormally high expression in the cancer tissue of PTC patients,which are related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation of the patients,and are involved in the occurrence and development of the disease.关键词
