Abstract
Acute cerebral infarction is an acute cerebrovascular disease with an increasing incidence rate and prevalence.Angiogenesis is a potential defense mechanism for acute cerebral infarction,and therapeutic angiogenesis is a new choice based on the angiogenic mechanism of acute cerebral infarction.After the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction,it can induce the generation of a large number of vascular regulatory factors and affect multiple signaling pathways.Traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical research have proven that phlegm and blood stasis are the key causes of disease.Resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis leads to the generation of new blood.New blood is generated to assist in the exhaustion of phlegm and blood stasis.The method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis can act on the angiogenesis signaling pathway and related regulatory factors to induce angiogenesis,which has good clinical value and the advantage of fewer adverse reactions.This article reviews the study of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis in the angiogenesis of acute cerebral infarction,in order to provide reference for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
