Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Mannitol combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of limb swelling in late stage of bone injury.Method:A total of 76 patients with limb swelling in late stage of bone injury treated in the Ninth People's Hospital of Nanhai District,Foshan City from March 2019 to September 2022 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given Mannitol treatment,and the observation group was given Chinese medicine fumigation and washing treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,pain degree,inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detumescence time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of both groups was decreased,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of Mannitol and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine can play a significant role in the treatment of patients with limb swelling in the later stage of bone injury.It can not only shorten the time of detumescence and hospitalization of patients,but also improve the degree of pain and the level of serum inflammatory factors of patients,which is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
