Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and sit-bath combined with anal lifting exercise on anal function and quality of life of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Method:A total of 102 patients patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Sihong County from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the ratio of 1︰1,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and sit-bath combined with anal lifting exercise on the basis of the control group.Wound healing,anal function 1 d and 7 d after surgery,and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two group.Result:The wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the wound healing rate at 7 d after surgery was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of surgery,Wexner score and Kirwan score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,role physical,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and sit-bath combined with anal lifting exercise has a significant therapeutic effect on patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,which can effectively promote wound healing and improve anal function,thus improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
