头部穴位按摩联合热奄包足浴对血液透析合并睡眠障碍患者的效果
Effect of Head Acupoint Massage Combined with Hot Package Foot Bath for Patients with Hemodialysis and Sleep Disorders

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of head acupoint massage combined with hot package foot bath on patients with hemodialysis and sleep disorders.Method:A total of 80 patients with hemodialysis and sleep disorders who admitted to Nantong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into study group and routine group according to the random number table method,after 1 case of shedding was removed,there were 40 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the routine group.Two groups were given routine nursing,the routine group was given head acupoint massage,and the study group was given hot package foot bath intervention on the basis of the routine group,two groups were intervened for 2 months.The sleep quality,quality of life and urea reduction ratio(URR)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:The daytime dysfunction,hypnotic drugs,sleep disorders,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality scores and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)total score of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the routine group,and the scores of mental health,emotional function,social function,vitality,general health,physical pain,physiological function and physiological function were higher than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in URR between two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Head acupoint massage combined with hot package foot bath can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with hemodialysis and sleep disorders,and has no significant adverse effect on the adequacy of dialysis.关键词
