Abstract
In the context of comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy,strengthening the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local colleges and universities has become an important way to empower local economic development.As an important base for training talents,local colleges and universities must integrate the training of young talents into the needs of economic development,and strive to export local talents in the new era who are capable,understand agriculture and good at management,so as to promote local development,to provide talent guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy.On the basis of discussing the relationship between the strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy and mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in local colleges and universities,such as unclear educational objectives,single training mode,unreasonable teacher structure,inadequate integration of resources,and so on.It is pointed out that local colleges and universities should proceed from the actual needs and promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education with a new thinking paradigm.From the aspects of clarifying the direction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,improving the structure of teachers,and integrating local resources,we will explore the establishment of a training system for high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents,so as to provide talent guarantee for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.关键词
