乡村振兴背景下新乡贤作用发挥机制研究

Abstract
In the context of the comprehensive implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the new rural sages,who inherit the advantages of the traditional rural sages,play an important role in rural governance.The revitalization of talents is the key to the revitalization of the countryside.New rural talents,with its exemplary leading role and the leading role of resource capacity,effectively promote the promotion of villagers'autonomy and promote the development of rural economy.However,in the process of practice,we should also have a clear grasp of the role of new rural talents and clarify their functions to assist the two village committees in governance and serving the villagers.Therefore,the role of new rural talents needs to straighten out the functional relationship with the two village committees on the premise of adhering to the leadership of the Party and villagers'autonomy,and at the same time take the perfect participation mechanism and supervision mechanism as the guarantee.关键词
