摘要
Abstract
The diabetes not only requires attention,but also the alteration of large vascular diseases caused by it is one of the major causes of global health threats.With the increasing incidence of diabetic macrovascular complications,new indicators and strategies are urgently needed to prevent disease progression.Dyslipidemia increases the likelihood of major vascular complications,including coronary heart disease,stroke,or peripheral vascular disease.This review aims to comprehensively analyze the association between non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C)and macrovascular disease,and further demonstrate whether non-HDL-C can replace low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)as a potential therapeutic target in the future.关键词
