Research Progress in the Application of Multidisciplinary Team in the Whole-process Nutrition Management of Liver Cancer Patients

Abstract
Patients with liver cancer are prone to malnutrition,and malnutrition runs through the entire course of the disease,and the whole nutrition management with the cooperation of multidisciplinary medical teams is very important for patients with liver cancer.This paper reviews the composition and application status of multidisciplinary teams in whole-course nutrition management of patients with liver cancer,including the composition of multidisciplinary teams in whole-course nutrition management of patients with liver cancer,the application status of multidisciplinary teams in nutritional screening and nutritional assessment of patients with liver cancer,personalized nutritional support treatment and nutritional follow-up management.This paper can provide reference for the development of the operation mode of the multidisciplinary team for nutrition management of cancer patients in China,and suggest that the participation of patients should be included in the multidisciplinary team in the future,and at the same time,extended management of discharge and family nutrition support should be provided for patients,so as to further improve the clinical outcome of patients and achieve long-term,high-quality,efficient and full-cycle nutrition management.关键词
