健脾温肾调周法结合松烟墨宝贴敷疗法治疗脾肾阳虚证型PCOS的临床价值
Clinical Value of Spleen Strengthening,Kidney Warming and Cycle Regulating Method Combined with Songyan Mobao Application in the Treatment of PCOS with Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of spleen strengthening,kidney warming and cycle regulating method combined with Songyan Mobao application therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Method:From October 2021 to September 2022,60 PCOS patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome who diagnosed and treated in Baise People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Ethinestradiol Cyproterone treatment,while the treatment group was given spleen strengthening,kidney warming and cycle regulating method combined with Songyan Mobao application therapy.The sex hormones,therapeutic effects,adverse reactions and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2)levels in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the sex hormone level in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The FSH,LH,E2 and T levels in the treatment group after treatment were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of lumbar soreness,chills,low libido,weight gain,clear and long urine,and soft stool in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the scores of menstrual disorders and sweat weight symptoms in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TCM symptom scores in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCOS patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome with spleen strengthening,kidney warming and cycle regulating method combined with Songyan Mobao application therapy can improve the level of sex hormones,improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and reduce the TCM symptoms score.关键词
