伊伐布雷定联合不同用量沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心衰患者的影响
Effect of Ivabradine Combined with Different Doses of Sacubitril Valsartan on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Ivabradine combined with different dosage of Sacubactril Valsartan on patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 110 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were given Ivabradine Hydrochloride Tablets,on the basis of which,the control group was given Sacubactril Valsartan Sodium Tablets 50 mg/time,and the observation group was given Sacubactril Valsartan Sodium Tablets 100 mg/time.The therapeutic effect,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 minutes walking test(6MWT),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),serum growth and differentiation factor 15(GDF-15),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-TnT)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Result:The total effective rate,LVEF,6MWT in observation group were higher than those in control group,and LVEDD,GDF-15,ICAM-1,hs-TnT were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ivabradine combined with high-dose Sacubitril Valsartan has a better therapeutic effect and can further improve patients'cardiac function and serum indicators,and improve their quality of life.However,when using Sacubitril Valsartan in practice,the dose should be selected reasonably according to the specific conditions of the patients to balance efficacy and safety.关键词
