摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified on cerebral thrombosis.Method:A total of 210 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Baishan Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 105 patients in each group.The control group received conventional cerebral thrombosis treatment,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,liver and kidney function indexes,degrees of nerve injury and activity of daily living scale(ADL)score before and after treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of cerebral thrombus treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in liver and kidney function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in degrees of nerve injury and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 15 d and 30 d of treatment,degrees of nerve injury and ADL score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction modified has good clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,and can significantly improve the nerve injury and life ability of patients.关键词
