Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of manipulation release combined with small needle knife under brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia in the treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 68 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the subjects of this study,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated by small needle knife,and the observation group was treated by manipulation release combined with small needle knife under brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia,the total effective rate,shoulder joint function,laboratory indexes and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Constant-Murley shoulder function score and laboratory indexes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of plasma substance P(SP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were lower than those before treatment,and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of SP,TNF-α and PGE2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulation release combined with small needle knife under brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis can improve shoulder joint function and laboratory indexes,improve treatment effect and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
