Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Bufei Shuchuan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets in the treatment of cough-variant asthma of lung Qi deficiency type.Method:A total of 96 patients with cough-variant asthma with lung Qi deficiency type treated in Shahe Hospital,Changping District,Beijing from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given Montelukast Sodium Tablets,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Bufei Shuchuan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,lung function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,CRP,PCT and ESR in traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and FVC,FEV1 and PEF were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Shuchuan Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets can control the level of inflammatory factors,improve the lung function,and enhance the curative effect without increasing the side effects of lung Qi deficiency type cough-variant asthma.关键词
