摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Recombinant Human Urokinase injection assisted emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the treatment of acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and its influence on myocardial microcirculation index and cardiac function.Method:A total of 84 acute STEMI patients who admitted to Kaizhou District People's Hospital of Chongqing from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases in each group. The control group was given emergency PCI,and the observation group was given Recombinant Human Urokinase injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, myocardial microcirculation index, cardiac function and adverse events of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)peak value,CK-MB peak time, left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in observation group and control group were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Human Urokinase injection assisted emergency PCI is effective in the treatment of acute STEMI,which can effectively improve myocardial microcirculation indexe and promote cardiac function, and has high safety.关键词
