Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Methotrexate on patients with ectopic pregnancy.Method:A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(38 cases)and combined group(42 cases)according to different treatment plans.The control group was given Methotrexate Injection,and the combined group was given modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,serological index before treatment and after 15 d of treatment and reproductive potential of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mass absorption time and the recovery time of serum β-human chorionic gonadotophin(β-hCG)in combined group were significantly earlier than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 15 d of treatment,anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels decreased,alanine transaminase(ALT)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels increased in both groups,the AMH level in combined group was higher than that in control group,and the ALT and BUN levels were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of re-intrauterine pregnancy in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 year follow-up,and the rate of non-pregnancy was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Methotrexate can improve the efficacy of ectopic pregnancy,promote the reduction of mass and serum β-hCG in patients,help to reduce the damage of ovarian function and liver and kidney function,and improve the reproductive potential of patients.关键词
