Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of absorbable hemostatic velvet s-100 in patients undergoing fracture internal fixation surgery.Method:A total of 106 patients with fracture internal fixation surgery admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to the use of absorbable hemostatic velvet S-100,they were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with balloon tourniquet for hemostasis in intraoperative,the observation group was treated with absorbable hemostatic velvet S-100 for hemostasis in intraoperative.Perioperative indexes,volume of drainage,drainage tube extubation time,and coagulation function before and on the 3rd day after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The surgery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drainage volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h and 48 h after surgery,and the drainage tube decannulation time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after surgery,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were decreased in both groups,while fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(D-D)were significantly increased in both groups,PT and APTT in observation group were higher than those in control group,and FIB and D-D were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable hemostatic velvet S-100 in fracture internal fixation surgery has remarkable hemostatic effect,can reduce local exudation,shorten the drainage cycle,and has little influence on the coagulation function of patients.关键词
