摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method on membranous nephropathy(MN)and its influence on related antibodies and coagulation and fibrinolytic system.Method:A total of 83 patients with MN treated in Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine MN,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,symptom and sign scores(facial and limb edema,fatigue and cold limbs)before and after treatment,related antibody indexes[serum anti-phospholipase A2 receptor antibody(PLA2R-Ab)and phospholipase A2-ⅠB(PLA2-ⅠB)],coagulation fibrinolytic indexes[tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA)and proenzyme activation inhibitor(PAI-Ⅰ)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thromboplastin time(TT)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom and sign scores,related antibody indexes and coagulation and fibrinolysis indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,PLA2R-Ab,PLA2-IB and PAI-I in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,while t-PA was higher than that in control group,APTT and TT were longer than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lihui method on MN is good,and it can effectively improve the relevant antibodies and coagulation-fibrinolytic state of patients.关键词
