Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Metoprolol Tartrate in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia admitted to Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the red basketball method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function index,lipid index,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was increased,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were significantly decreased in both groups,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglyceride(TG)in both groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental,physiological,emotional and social relations in both groups were significantly increased,and the scores of mental,physiological,emotional and social relations in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with essential hypertension and arrhythmia,Metoprolol Tartrate has a good application effect,which can effectively improve blood lipid indexes and cardiac function,improve quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
