米诺环素与复方甘草酸苷治疗进展期白癜风临床疗效观察
Oral minocycline versus oral compound glycyrrhizin for treatment of progressing vitiligo:a clinical observation

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of minocycline and compound glycyrrhizin for treatment of progressing vitiligo.Methods Sixteen patients with progressive vitiligo(VIDA as 3-4 points)who were pre-scribed minocycline and another sixteen patients with matched sex,age and activity of vitiligo,who were pre-scribed compound glycyrrhizin and were analyzed retrospectively from outpatient department.The effective rates of vitiligo between two groups in first and second months were compared.Sixteen patients in each group were pre-scribed corresponding medicines for one month and nine patients for another one months.Results Effective rates of minocycline were 75%and 77.78%in first and second months respectively,while those of compound glycyr-rhizin were 93.75%and 100%respectively.The difference of effective rates between two groups in first and sec-ond months were not significant statistically(P>0.05).Conclusion Both minocycline and compound glycyr-rhizin had similar effects for controlling progressive vitiligo.关键词
