Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined intervention program combined with reasonable exercise during pregnancy in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 140 GDM patients admitted to Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group(70 cases)and a control group(70 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received the refined intervention program combined with reasonable exercise intervention during pregnancy.The blood glucose and other indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of various blood glucose indexes in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(all P＜0.05),and the blood glucose levels in both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After intervention,the treatment health behavior compliance scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in five dimensions of regular medication,scientific diet,reasonable exercise,self-monitoring and regular review(all P＜0.05),and the above scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After intervention,the physiological function and overall health scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the energy and social function scores were lower than those before intervention(all P＜0.05).After intervention,the physiological function,overall health,energy,social function and mental health scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).The incidence of gestational hypertension and adverse pregnancy rates of polyhydramnios and hypoglycemia of newborn in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The refined intervention program combined with reasonable exercise during pregnancy can effectively control blood glucose level in GDM patients,improve their compliance with health behavior and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of gestational hypertension,as well as polyhydramnios and hypoglycemia of newborn.关键词
