舒适护理结合保护性睡眠护理在高胆红素血症患儿中的应用效果OA

目的 分析舒适护理结合保护性睡眠护理在新生儿高胆红素血症行蓝光照射治疗中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析2021年5月至2022年5月在盐城市第三人民医院行蓝光照射治疗的114例高胆红素血症患儿的资料,根据不同的护理方法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组57例.对照组患儿采用常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上加用舒适护理结合保护性睡眠护理.比较2组患儿的血清胆红素水平、症状改善时间、睡眠时间、体重及并发症发生情况.结果 出院时,2组的血清总胆红素(T…查看全部>>
