Application effect of family-centered nursing model in children with chronic gastritis
目的 评价以家庭为中心的护理模式在慢性胃炎患儿中的实施效果和价值.方法 回顾分析徐州儿童医院于2021年1月至2022年6月收治的共计98例慢性胃炎患儿的病例资料,按护理方法的不同分入对照组(n=50,给予常规护理)和观察组(n=48,实施以家庭为中心的护理).比较2组的治疗依从性、症状改善时间、血清指标水平以及免疫功能.结果 观察组的治疗总依从率为97.92％,明显较对照组的86.00％更高(P＜0.05).与对照组相比,观察组的腹部疼痛等各项…查看全部>>
