Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with pain care in patients with urinary calculi undergoing surgical treatment.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,a total of 92 patients with urinary calculi who underwent surgical treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received evidence-based care combined with pain care.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,pain control satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those of the same group on the 1st day after surgery,and the VAS scores of both groups were lower on the 5th day after surgery than on the 3rd day after surgery(all P＜0.05),and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).On the 5th day after surgery,the scores of the pain experience,pain expectation,impact of pain on daily life,impact of pain on emotion,perception of pain control education,and pain control perception in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and all were better than those before intervention,with statistical differences(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications of the two groups was compared,which was lower in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of evidence-based nursing and pain care can alleviate postoperative pain of patients,and has a high degree of satisfaction with pain control,and can reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
