Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of discharge plan based on Peplau's theory of interpersonal relations on mental health,social function and quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer surgery.Method:A total of 186 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery in the Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of People's Hospital of Daye City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 93 cases in each group.The control group was given routine out-of-hospital care,and the observation group was given discharge plan based on Peplau's theory of interpersonal relations on the basis of the control group.The differences in mental health,social function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of mental health test questionnaire(DCL-90)between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the DCL-90 scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74)between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and role function in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,nursing skills,communication and disease-related knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of discharge plan based on Peplau's theory of interpersonal relations in patients with thyroid cancer surgery can improve mental health,social function and quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
